Whinny CD is a 21-track CD-only compilation by General Mumble & Koa. It was put together exclusively for Whinny City Pony Con 2019, and features predominantly My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic-related fan music, with a handful of other tracks. While the album mostly features songs by Mumble and Koa, it also contains various works from Spott and Spica.
Overstock copies of the CD were released on Bandcamp on 9 April 2019, packaged with an overstock Whinny City sticker of Mumble and Koa.
