Blimp Fortress is a 12-track album and the second album by hardcore alias Spott. It consists mainly of various hardcore music styles such as breakcore, gabber, speedcore, and more.
Sampling[]
The album borrows and adapts many ideas from other musical artists and TV shows.
"Call Me Crazy" is a reworking of "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen. "pinki! fun!!" is an homage to the track "pirupi! fuck!!" by Goreshit, using samples of the character Pinkie Pie from the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
"UNACCEPTABLE" samples a catchphrase of the Earl of Lemongrab, a character from the TV show Adventure Time.
"Glass In My Vagina" samples "SHED.MOV", an installment in the "PONY.MOV" series of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic parody videos by animator Hotdiggidydemon.
"wot my trampstamp finks i shud do" also samples the song "What My Cutie Mark is Telling Me" from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, among other things. The title jokingly compares cutie marks to tacky tattoos.
"Hen Party" is an adaptation of "Stag Party" by Renard and Futret, from their EP "GABBERSTÄG". The title plays on the fact that a hen party (or bachelorette party) is the female equivalent of a stag party (or bachelor party), while also referencing Mumble's notorious joke affinity for chickens.
"Sum1 2 <3" samples "Somebody To Love" by TVXQ . The title is txt-speak for "Someone to love". Due to Youtube's title field not allowing the "<" character, the title on Youtube is instead "Sum1 2 (less than)3".
"♥ Rock&Roll" is an adaptation of Joan Jett and the Blackhearts' version of "I Love Rock 'n' Roll", originally by Arrows.
"Hello U＾ェ＾U" acts as an introduction to the album, while "Goodbye ┌U･ｪ･U┘" acts as an outro and introduction to the HACKD remix (and Damien remix on the CD version). Both track titles contain dog kaomoji.

The album was released on limited-edition six-panel digipak CD on 12 May 2015, and features a bonus remix of "pinki! fun!!" by Damien from Raddons Records.
LSV Version[]
In January 2023, a stripped-back version of the album, subtitled the "LSV Version" or "Lame Spotify Version Version" was uploaded to various streaming services. A number of tracks that lean heavily into sampled material were omitted to avoid complications. The intro was omitted due to Spotify having a 3 second minimum time limit. The HACKD remix of "...trampstamp..." was omitted due to distributors' difficult handling of remixes. The outro of the album was omitted due to also serving as an introduction to the HACKD remix. UNACCEPTABLE - 135 ver. was added to the end as compensation.
